كثرة المدارس الخاصة مؤشر واضح عن تراجع الثقة في المؤسسة التعليمية العمومية غياب التكوين العلمي المقدم والتأطير البيداغوجي الواضح للتلاميذ غياب الرقابة في المدارس العمومية على المدرسين والإطارات غياب الضمير المهني عموما لكن شتان بين الخاص حيث الرقابة الصارمة وين العمومي حيث تغيب او تكون غير جدية ومتفاوتتة الاجال.... كل هده أسباب من عدة اخرى تجعل الولي يبتعد عن التعليم العمومي ويتكبد معاليم التدريس الخاص المشطة
